During the Christmas and school holidays many fishers had a go throwing a line or simply enjoying some time by the water on the many Sydney wharves and piers.
DPIRD Fisheries would like to thank those who fished responsibly and with respect over this busy time period and being conscious of not impeding ferry commuters and ferry staff.
Just a reminder as we continue through summer.

✅ Clear your lines for berthing ferries
✅ Do not clean fish on wharves
✅ Use a cutting board for bait
✅ Look before you cast
✅ Place your rubbish and even others in the bin or take it home
